Extreme Fitness Kick Boxing


Our Fitness kick Boxing program is designed to provide you with the opportunity to learn basic self defense and to get into great physical condition. It is a fun, exciting program that provides more than a traditional aerobic workout.

Fitness Kick Boxing is structured to provide, rythmic and non-rhythmic cardiovascular training, focusing on boxing and kickboxing fundamentals along with the flexibility and strength training.
